Studded belts produced in the 1930s-50s. Now a rare item, with only dozens appearing on the market annually.
In 1994, after going independent, owner ZIP STEVENSON discovered studded belts, the best match for denim, through buying trips across the US.
However, the supply in terms of size, quantity, and condition was nowhere near enough to meet customer demand.
So, he began working with the tools and jewelry used at the time, and after a year, he created a belt with a handmade feel that satisfied him and made one forget the 70 years that had passed. This was the start of ZIP and belts.
Five years later, in 2000, HOLLYWOOD TRADING COMPANY (HTC) became a beloved belt brand worldwide and continues to be so today.
