Herman Miller Eames Fiberglass Side Shell Chair.

Designed by Charles & Ray Eames, this is an iconic masterpiece chair representing mid-century modern design.

The shell is made of vintage fiberglass, which differs from modern plastic. Countless glass fibers are visible on the surface, and its appearance changes depending on how the light hits it.

The yellow to mustard hue formed over many years also has a very nice atmosphere, making this a chair that allows you to enjoy a unique presence that new products do not have.

The "HERMAN MILLER" embossing can be seen on the back.

The base is equipped with a DSW type combining wooden legs and black steel rods. The inorganic texture unique to fiberglass and the warmth of the wood are balanced well.

The shell has scuffs, small scratches, and stains due to aging, and there are several puncture marks on the seat area. Also, repair and adhesive marks can be seen around the shock mounts. Since the base and hardware may have been replaced, please check the condition in the images.
