【Product Description】

An authentic vintage stage jacket with a rich historical background, manufactured in the United States between the 1950s and 1960s.
This piece was tailored by the prestigious "COSTUMES BY PIERRE," a company that specialized in theatrical and show costumes.

The classic fabric features bold stripes in deep dark navy (or black) against a white background, combining the glamour that symbolizes American theater culture of the time with a somewhat rugged, retro look. The cloth tag inside the collar still clearly displays the company's base address in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, along with a stamp indicating that it was the property of "JEROME H. CARGILL," a famous New York theatrical organization, allowing you to feel the authentic story of its history as a genuine stage costume in American entertainment.

The front features a clean three-button design, with elegant off-white plastic buttons providing a polished finish. The lightweight, unlined construction makes it easy to throw on casually like a coverall or shirt jacket, and its practicality is another attractive feature, adding a unique touch to casual outfits.

As indicated by the handwritten "965 M" size and management number, this piece is equivalent to a men's size M and has a beautiful silhouette that fits Japanese body types very well. Although there are slight age spots on the white fabric typical of vintage items, this itself creates a wonderful texture unique to a one-of-a-kind piece that has stood the test of time. It is a special collection that elevates modern street and French work styles with its one-of-a-kind character.
