Designed by Charles & Ray Eames in 1958 and manufactured by Herman Miller, the "Eames Aluminum Group" is a representative series of mid-century design that combines a thin, light form with a comfortable seating experience by stretching upholstery between an aluminum frame, unlike conventional shell structures. 

This is the Side Chair type without arms.

The frame features the "HERMAN MILLER / PATENT PENDING" engraving found on early pieces. It is one of the features indicating the early specifications that began production in 1958, and the vintage-only detail equipped with a 4-star base is also attractive. 

The combination of fabric that continues from the seat to the backrest and the sharp aluminum frame. The fabric that has passed a long time shows fading and signs of use, but it is finished with a vintage-like expression that is not found in new products.

A low backrest, a gently curved seat, and an aluminum base with four legs. It is a chair that allows you to enjoy the beautiful structure typical of Eames not only from the front, but also from the side and back.
