2000-2010s USARMY ECWCS Generation 3 Level 7 Jacket, manufactured by WILDTHINGS.

The Level 7 is the final layer of cold weather protection in your layering system for extreme cold climates. It is filled with Primaloft insulation, making it incredibly lightweight yet extremely warm.

EPIC fabric is exclusively used by WILDTHINGS. It is a special fabric made by impregnating regular nylon or polyester fibers with silicone. This silicone coating gives it excellent water repellency and wind resistance, while also maintaining breathability, so it doesn't get stuffy.

The hood can be stored in the collar. The elbows are reinforced. The front has a double zipper. The zippered side pockets have drawcords inside for tightening the cuffs. The mesh inner pocket and Velcro cuffs add simple and sophisticated details. This highly refined model combines a minimalist look with a focus on military functionality.
Unlike downwear, feathers do not come out and it is easy to care for .
