1985 US-made Metallica "Ride The Lightning" tour T-shirt.

Tour design from the classic album "Ride the Lightning" released in 1984. The front features the electric chair skeleton from the 2nd album "Ride the Lightning," and the back features the artwork from the 1st album "Kill 'Em All," making this a rare "crossover design" seen only during early tours around 1984-1985.

A unique feature of this 80s original is that the print uses phosphorescent ink (luminous paint), so when it absorbs light, the skeleton's bones and lightning glow yellowish-green in the dark.

Furthermore, the exquisite fading and print texture that have developed over many years create an overwhelming presence, and a piece that has aged this beautifully is a collector's item rarely found in vintage markets both domestically and internationally.
