M-65 fishtail parka from the 80s U.S.ARMY.
Used by the U.S. military from the late 1960s, it was officially adopted in 1965, and its original official name when developed was "PARKA, MAN’S, M-65". In the 1970s, it came to be referred to as "PARKA, EXTREME COLD WEATHER".

From the 80s, it was changed to a plastic zipper, making it lighter than previous versions.

In recent years, it has gained high status in fashion, with various brands sampling it.
This one comes with a liner.
