HTC
Stud belts produced in the 1930s–50s. Today, these are rare items, with only about dozens available on the market each year.
In 1994, after going independent, owner ZIP STEVENSON discovered stud belts—the belts he believed suited denim best—while buying them across the United States.
However, they were so difficult to obtain that he could not meet customer demand in terms of size, quantity, or condition.
So, using tools and jewelry from that era, he began hammering them in himself. After a year, he had perfected a handmade belt that met his standards and made you forget the passage of 70 years.
This was the beginning of ZIP and belts.
Five years later, in 2000, the brand was established as HOLLYWOOD TRADING COMPANY (HTC), and it has continued to this day as a belt brand loved around the world.
Even across the United States, there are only a few MADE IN USA / Made in Los Angeles, CA. brands. HTC takes pride in this and will continue its unchanging commitment to handmade craftsmanship.
※Please check the images before purchasing.
Because every step of the process is done by hand, there may be slight individual differences in the placement and angle of the studs.
