This is from an auxiliary organization of the American veterans organization "Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW)", custom-made by members who affixed patches and pins they collected.

It is decorated with the organization's symbolic insect character and unit patches, adorned with chain stitch embroidery and more.

The design is full of playful details unique to the era, such as the frog closures on the front and the insect motif patches.
