Rare vintage overalls made during World War II by SWEET-ORR, known as one of the world's oldest workwear brands.

SWEET-ORR is famous for its signature triple-stitched construction, prized for its exceptional strength, but these overalls feature double stitching. Even a brand known for prioritizing durability was forced to simplify its construction during the war to conserve thread and needles due to wartime material rationing, making this a truly authentic piece of history.

The era-appropriate tag is also beautifully preserved and remains clearly legible, making this a rare find in excellent condition. Furthermore, all the spade-embossed buttons and distinctive S-shaped swirl buttons remain intact.

The button areas feature the slightly uneven, coarse white stitching characteristic of the wartime era, set against deep, dark-black wartime denim that still retains its fuzz. The contrast created by the dark navy denim, white stitching, and striking metal buttons gives this piece a unique character that can only be found in clothing from this period.

There are some rust stains throughout from age, but these are also tangible evidence of the piece's long history. Filled with wartime history, rare details, and the brand's pride, this is a special piece with significant collector's value.
