【Product Description】

A USA-made CARTER’S denim work apron from around the 1940s.

Founded in 1859, CARTER’S is one of America’s leading heritage workwear brands.

This denim apron was worn by actual workers at the time. Far fewer examples survive compared to jackets and overalls, making it a rare find even among vintage workwear.

Its most distinctive feature is the pin-buckle adjuster used on the straps.
The front also comes with gold-colored buttons engraved with the brand’s iconic “CARTER’S Watch the Wear” slogan.

Designed with practicality in mind, it features three pockets: a small chest pocket and two large patch pockets at the waist.

White stitching stands out against the indigo denim, while the hems retain the original selvedge fabric, showcasing authentic vintage workwear details not found in modern products.

The denim’s varied shades and fading from years of use, along with scattered oil and paint stains on the front, give this piece an exceptionally rich character.

Viewed from the back, the pockets retain a darker color, creating a contrast born from years of wear that is uniquely vintage.

More than just a fashion item, this piece offers a glimpse into American work culture of the era.

It can be worn over a shirt or top as an apron, or used as a striking store fixture, display piece, or collection item.

With its vintage CARTER’S heritage, pin buckle, engraved buttons, and selvedge denim, this special piece is packed with details that vintage workwear enthusiasts will love.
