1960s USNAVY deck crew shirt.

The deck workers who perform various tasks on the US aircraft carrier are called the Rainbow Gang because of their colorful appearance. As the name suggests, they are divided into seven colors according to their roles,
Yellow coloured aircraft are responsible for the movement of aircraft and take-offs and landings.
