1930s Lee 31-J.
The 31-J is a cheaper version of the 91-J. The 3 on the tag indicates the 3 series of the cheaper version, and the 1 indicates the material used. The buttons are engraved with UNION MADE BY Lee and were also used in the 91-J wartime model.

The bottom button is missing and there are repairs mainly around the arms and waist, but it is a miracle that this 31-J, which has an extremely low number of balls, has remained in such a condition that it can be worn.
Although it is slightly dirty, there are no noticeable stains or damage and it is in excellent condition for its age.
